1. Because I like red!! Simple...
2. Because black can be really boring.
3. Because I started sketching in red a long time ago, I found these great "Visaquarelle" kind of brushpen markers around 1984 or so, I always used the red ones and really enjoyed them...ever since, I just like to draw in red...
I love your red :)

must go through a lot of red pencils though :)
